Registration pack pick ups
Thursday 27 March: Campers should have received email communications about pick up arrangements for their personal registration packs over the past few days. If you are registered as a camper and have not seen this communication try checking your Spam folder as it may have been diverted.
Camper and Teen Leader registrations will be ready for collection at the end of next week (from 3 April). If you have any questions contact daycamp.mercurybay@gmail.com for Camper or general enquiries, or teenleadersdaycamp@gmail.com for Teen Leader enquiries.
Camper registrations have closed
Monday 10 March: Camp is full with 300 registrations and also a full wait list, so registrations have closed. Commiserations to anyone who has missed out this year, camp is always so popular and we have to stick to our limits for safety and affordability as well as not overcrowding.
There are still plenty of places for Teen Leaders and Adult Helpers, and we need you to ensure camp can run - we’ve got a lot of kids needing your support, so please sign up and let’s make this another great year for Mercury Bay Day Camp.
Camper spaces nearly full
Saturday 8 March: We’re down to the last few camper places (ages 6-13). Once we hit 300, you will still be able to register but you will go on the wait list and will be notified later if a place comes available for you to attend camp but we can’t promise that will happen so try to snag one of those last available places if you can.
Teen Leaders and Adult Helpers: we still need lots of you, so please talk to your friends, classmates, colleagues and neighbours and let’s make sure we have enough support for all the campers who are so eager to be at camp.
2025 registration is open
Monday 3 March: Today’s the day, so click on those links and let’s go!
2025 Electives now up!
Our lineup of electives for Day Camp 2025 is now available including three new offerings: Fun with flax, Amazing race and DOC wildlife heroes. The last two might sound familiar to those of you who’ve been coming for awhile, but there are new plans and all three sound like a lot of fun.
Check out the full list on the Electives page and make your list ready (in order of which ones you want to do most!) so you’re all prepared for registration day!
Day Camp 2025 - save the dates!
Planning is well underway for Day Camp 2025.
Camp this year will be held Tuesday 15 April to Thursday 17 April, with the Teen Leader training day on Monday 14 April.
Registrations open Monday 3 March at 7am.
More information will become available over the coming weeks, but set yourself a reminder so you catch registration day and not miss out.
See you there!
