Day Camp 13 - 16 April
Parents and Guardians - We have been monitoring the weather and considering how it might affect you, your children, and your family plans. We have emailed an early opt out plan for those families who need to leave the peninsula now, and for working parents needing to provide certain care for their children.
If we are forced to cancel the camp, (God forbid!), a further opt out plan will likely be made late Sunday. We wait and watch the conflicting weather reports. Thank you for waiting patiently with us.
We continue with our plans for Day Camp and what we can do. We may not be able to run all activities, which could mean changes for your children. Please discuss these plans with them to ensure they are prepared.
Teen Leaders and Adult Helpers – the committee continue to plan for an EPIC Camp next week; the weather on some reports looks okay – an email is coming to the inbox on your registration.
We don’t want anyone to miss out on any of the goodness that Day Camp is well known for!! Keep smiling 🤓
